if you aren’t pumping or feeding more often then your milk will keep decreasing. Your body makes on a demand basis and since your body isn’t demanding more milk to be made it is decreasing. If you were to increase your milk and still didn’t pump it out you would simply be engorged which isn’t good for the health of your breasts and you could get an infection. I’m afraid since your problem is that you’re stimulating the breasts (pumping) so infrequently the only thing that will help you is to increase the number of times you are pumping
get a good breast pump and while you’re at work, pump and store your breast milk. As long as you keep expressing the milk from your breast your milk supply will will increase.
I have some suggestions for Breast pumps that are great for working moms:

Well if I were you I would just breast feed in the afternoon and at night time. Forget about the pumping - give her formular. 4 months is a long time and you have and are giving it your best. Unfortunately, in the real world you can’t be supermom so make things easier for yourself and stop beating yourself up so much.
Like others have said, you’re milk supply is decreasing because you aren’t pumping/nursing enough. To make sure that your supply is matching what your baby needs, you should be pumping as often as your baby eats. If while you are at work, you’re baby eats every 3 hours, then you need to be pumping every three hours. Best of luck.
There is an herbal supplement called Fenugreek that will up your supply. I have never used it but heard of many women who have. They said one drawback is it makes you smell a little funny. Just search fenugreek and you will get a lot more info than I can give you. Best of luck.
